At JTD National we work towards strong returns and a healthy portfolio. We believe in thorough due diligence to ensure we purchase correctly, place tenants correctly, or hand off successful and profitable ventures in the case of wholesaling. Currently we work in Rhode Island and Connecticut through local LLC’s. Our physical office for RI and CT are based in North Stonington, CT. Expansion is on the way.

Jacob DiScuillo has been involved in the Real estate industry since 2019. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder. Jacob is part of the active-duty component of the United States Marine Corps and has been since 2017. Jacob has earned an associate degree in engineering fundamentals and is pursuing his bachelors in the same field. Jacob is a registered Real Estate Salesperson in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Jacob is currently traveling back and forth between Tunisia and the United States.

Currently Dynamic is owned and operated by Julia DiScuillo and Craig Olisky. They are general contractors focused on home energy efficiency and small- and large-scale construction projects.

Jewels realty group is a small-town real estate brokerage. Jewels realty groups currently holds our CEO’s Real estate license. They are our in-house Realtor to allow us to perform with precision, timeliness, and slack to navigate complex deals.
